The gym has been a big part of my life the last 7 years. It has helped me grow both mentally and physically, helping me overcome my own personal limitations. It’s what inspired me to become a trainer, that way I can pass my knowledge on to others in hopes they too will overcome obstacles they once thought impossible. Working out, losing weight, getting fit, all that goes much deeper than how you look. It brings out previously undiscovered confidence, it allows you to see how much you are capable of.
